Back to Basics. More Connected.
Have you stopped feeling like yourself?
You feel as if there is something missing, but you can’t quite put your finger on ‘what’ that is and you don’t know what to do to find it.
So you feel as if you are aimlessly drifting through your life, your work, your business…
And you find yourself wondering about your reason for being here, asking yourself bigger questions like:
What is my role?
What difference am I actually making?
There has to be more… I don’t want ‘this’ to be it.
What this really boils down to is not having a sense of purpose.
Without a sense of purpose you’re going to feel…
• rather lost;
• a lack of direction;
• a certain sense of emptiness in life;
• frustrated and anxious;
• misunderstood – no one ‘gets’ why you feel this way, and you find it hard to explain.
You realise you are procrastinating, focusing on ‘what isn’t right’ and other forms of self sabotage, but you just can’t seem to stop…
Even if things make sense in your head, they don’t “feel quite right” and you don’t know why you feel that way (I have a good job, I have a nice house…, I should be thankful,… yet…)
You have several ideas for the next thing (business or life goal) but then they don’t ‘float your boat’ (they just don’t feel right, even if logically they make sense).
And then there is the shiny-object syndrome: you keep on getting side-tracked by an outside solution, because it might provide the answer you are desperately yearning for.
So you keep on clinging on to what you have, because it feels safe, even though honestly you don’t really love it, you are afraid to let go – because… where on earth would you start?
Come and spend 3 hours with me
For the very first time I am going to share some of the work I do with my one-to-one clients, but in a group setting.
There will be juicy worksheets to get you reflecting and open up your eyes to highlight what you might need to change.
Because the only person who can really make those changes is you.
Only you know what is best for you.
Only you know what feels right.
But we are going to be working through the content together, in a safe private space, where we can get down to the nitty-gritty.
There will only be a maximum of 10 people in the group, and each and every one will be doing the same work.
It’ll almost be as if I were in the same room as you, and it is that, except it’s an online virtual room.
This isn’t a self-study course, I don’t give you a bunch of exercises for you to download onto your computer and then never actually do the work.
I am there with you, coaching you through the exercises and going over them with you.
You will be learning valuable information about yourself and it will help you in all areas of your life.
I want you to come away with something practical: you’ll be able to have identified what is holding you back, or why you are feeling at times like a deflated balloon.
We’ll be specifically working on:
- your core values
- your drivers
- your roles in life
- key questions to ask yourself
- some limiting beliefs you might have caught on along the way (I will be doing individual energy work with you on these)
And you’ll be able to walk away and put what you have learnt into practice.
You’ll have learnt valuable information about yourself, and it will feel as if things are being pieced together, as if the penny has dropped.
Being ‘simply you’ means you’ll have
Light bulb moments.
Penny dropping moments.
Stop feeling as if you are in a dark room with no way out.
A sense of direction instead of feeling rather lost.
A sense of fulfilment.
What’s an online workshop?
How it actually works:
We will be doing the work together over the course of:
- 2 x 90m calls on Zoom (all you need is an internet connection):
- Tuesday 16th May 2017 from 12 noon-1:30pm GMT+1
- Friday 19th May 2017 from 12 noon-1:30pm GMT+1
- a 30-45min follow-up group call a week after, to catch up and ask any questions you may have, or share anything that has come up in the meantime: Friday 26th May 2017 from 12 noon-1:30pm GMT+1
There will be time for you to go off and do it on your own, and time to come together and share breakthroughs, insights, ask questions. Even time to take a break if you want to. But we’ll be connected in real time.
There will also be a closed Facebook group for the members of this workshop, which you will be added to from the moment you sign up for this, and it will stay open until the end of May.
I will support you throughout the month on the live calls and in the Facebook group.
What do you need to do?
To show up authentically.
To allow yourself to be 100% you.
To be curious and open with yourself.
Because finding our true purpose means we have to leave our masks behind.
After both calls
You will have taken an important step in finding yourself.
In finding out what at the core makes you ‘you’.
To strip away those layers of old paint that are clogging up your system and making it hard to breathe.
To reconnect with who you are, your essence.
It will be the first step in the right direction, the right foundations for the decisions moving forwards to become easier.
Your purpose, which will evolve along the way.
You won’t find it in 3 hours and then it be the thing that sticks with you until the end of your days.
It’s not set in stone.
It will evolve with you, as you evolve.
But once you know how to find it, once you know the self reflection you need to do, it’s like having the keys to your house – you know the way in. You’ll know how to come ‘back home’ if need be.
When you know your purpose
It will allow you to make decisions with ease.
It will allow you to discern what is right / wrong for you.
It will allow you to see and have the bigger picture.
It will make you understand why you struggle.
So you can know how to challenge yourself moving forwards.
It’s like a trampoline: you’ll know how to bounce back when you find yourself feeling slightly off track.
So you will have
The tools to make the right decisions.
Which means you can stay away from shiny objects.
You’ll know what is best for you in the bigger scheme of things.
And you can notice when you go into self-sabotage mode – you will be more aware and be able to challenge yourself.
Drifting and going through the motions are things I really know about.
I was stuck in a career where I didn’t feel like me.
It felt rather as if I was on stage playing out a part, but the part didn’t suit me and made me feel pretty miserable inside.
The needing more. The wanting more. The missing piece of the puzzle.
What seemed like a never ending search.
Then I moved countries. Again.
I switched careers.
I hired a coach.
And finding my purpose in life went to the top of my list.
I trained to become a coach, followed by endless trainings on how to actually run a business.
And kept on learning.
This search can be a painful process.
And it can be a very lonely process.
We need to be really honest with ourselves.
Face the truth and realise that the answer doesn’t lie outside of us, that we must do the inner work.
You don’t have to go through the whole painful process, or move countries, or switch careers.
Although you might.
I am going to give you a framework, the key learning points which will get you into reflection mode.
BUT WE are going to do that together.
Sorry, but there are no spots left…
